Do you ever had a day or days that totally throw your week off? Our four-day softball tournament last weekend made my head spin. I had to check my calendar several times a day to see what day of the week it is. This week has flown by!
My fitness really took a hit, too.
- Friday – (at tournament, hours of standing [& jumping = cheering!])
- Saturday – (at tournament, hours of standing [& jumping = cheering!])
- Sunday – (at tournament, hours of standing [& jumping = cheering!])
- Monday – rest day
- Tuesday – treadmill run
- Wednesday – elliptical with warm-up & cool-down on treadmill, plus an express upper body boot camp video

You might have noticed I didn’t get to trail run once this week. Boo hoo. There were a couple of days, I had one planned. The first one, Sassy was going with me, but we woke up to rain. No time to deal with a run in the rain and still get ready for work on time. The second missed trail run was yesterday. OMG Becky was going with me, but she couldn’t sleep the night before and bailed last-minute.
Any suggestions/links on some great at-home squats/lunges workouts?
