Yes, I know today is Monday, but I am doing the SBBC. Last week (Monday-Sunday) was the first week. Instead of doing two recaps, I thought it would make more sense just to do this one. And let’s face it, better late than never.
The challenge started on Monday, but I didn’t really get started until Friday. Because again, better late than never.
Friday – Worked out with a new trainer at my gym. We focused on weight machines for the arms, shoulders, back and legs. 30 minutes
Saturday – Started my day with a 50 minute Power Yoga class. It was fantastic! This was the second class I have taken with this instructor. I like her!
Sunday – Quick 28 minutes on the elliptical at home.
I have really been working hard at planning my activity at least a day in advance. This seems to be helping me fit it in!
