Friday Fit Fix! Where have you been? I know, I know, it has been awhile since I have posted this topic. It is time for it to return! I am finally feeling good enough to be able to get a couple workouts in a week.
- WW: Stayed within my points even with three celebrations in the mix. Yeah me!
- Water: Oh so good! Did a great job of drinking lots of it every single day.
- Green tea: Wasn’t so good this week. Only had a few cups. Need to work on that!
- Fruits & Vegetables: Was average. Could be better.
- Coffee: Only bought it out once this week. And in the way too exciting news category… I found out the Peppermint Mocha’s will be available at Starbucks beginning November 1! Forget Pumpkin Spice, Peppermint Mocha is the king of flavored coffee drinks!! (Do you hear that? It’s my name being added to the blogger blacklist. Sigh.)
- Exercise: I got a couple of walks in, followed by yoga. Would like that number to double this week!
