- Weight: I’m down 3.5 pounds this week. Sweet!
- WW: All good!
- Water: Was great!
- Green tea: Had my two cups most days.
- Fruits & Vegetables: Was good! I’m still on a roasted veggie kick. Just can’t get enough!
- Coffee: Didn’t buy it out once this week! I’ve been exploring my stores generic coffee creamers. So far, so good!
- Running: Three runs in this week. I really want to try to get four in next week!
- Fitness Classes: Yoga once this week. I want to go to at least two classes next week!
- Other Exercise: Walked to work and back four times. Rode my bike once. And lots of other walks downtown with my girls!
