Lame Lunges

Thursday’s workout included several types of (what felt like 792, but probably less) lunges.  This resulted in very sore upper legs and rear end yesterday and today.  I admit, I can’t remember the last time I did any lunges before Thursday.

But the upside?  I’m sure these lunges are going to help with strengthening and defining aforementioned parts.  Right?…

And I’m also pretty sure I looked ridiculous doing them.

In public.

On a track.

Outside.

In broad daylight.
