Salad & Yogurt

Working lunch with co-workers happened at a buffet.  I stuck with the soup & salad bar, but really only had salad.

Mixed greens, spinach, shredded carrots, sliced mushrooms, corn, peas, cucumbers, feta cheese, craisins, sunflower seeds and bleu cheese dressing.  And not pictured was my “dessert.”  A piece of corn bread.  Yum!

After work today, I picked up my daughters from a school.  Sassy had gone on a ski field trip.  She was hot from all the physical activity and the fact that it was 70-some degrees in the valley.  She asked if we could cool down with frozen yogurt.  Sure, twist my arm!

My yogurt looks bigger but that’s only because they started without me!  😉

I went with Cake Batter (was just okay), Peanut Butter and Dulce de Leche topped with coconut, dark chocolate covered espresso beans,  almonds, Heath Toffee Bar, Andes Mints, mango bobas (could do without), and granola.

What is your favorite salad dressing?  I tend to switch mine up.  Right now I really like a mix I made with about half and half of a poppy-seed dressing and a champagne dressing.

Yogurt toppings: Do you go for fruit or candy?  Candy for me every time!
