Friday Fit Fix on a Sunday. Are you noticing a trend here?
- Weight: I lost 1 whole lb. this week. Works for me!
- WW: Good week within my points.
- Water: Was good!
- Green tea: Had a cup almost everyday.
- Fruits & Vegetables: Pretty good, but could be better.
- Coffee: Bought it out once. Not too shabby!
- Running: No running this week. Still nursing the hip.
- Fitness Classes: Pilates twice this week!
