Friday Fit Fix

Friday Fit Fix on a Sunday.  Are you noticing a trend here?

  • Weight:  I lost 1 whole lb. this week.  Works for me!
  • WW:  Good week within my points.
  • Water:  Was good!
  • Green tea:  Had a cup almost everyday.
  • Fruits & Vegetables:  Pretty good, but could be better.
  • Coffee:  Bought it out once.  Not too shabby!
  • Running:  No running this week.  Still nursing the hip.
  • Fitness Classes:  Pilates twice this week!
