Time for my what-I-hope-is-a weekly update! I just started my new me program on Monday but I will do my weigh-ins on Fridays. Body measurements will be once a month.
- Weight: I lost 3.5 lbs. this week!
- WW: Didn’t go over my points all week!
- Water: Wasn’t as great as I had hoped, but was definitely increased.
- Fruits & Vegetables: I increased my intake!
- Coffee: I didn’t buy coffee out once this week! And today is the only day I had more than one cup.
- Running: I only ran once this week.
- Fitness Classes: Didn’t happen this week. Major fail.
But a loss is a loss and I’ll take it!
