Okay, I’m not really in Seattle, but I figured it’s in the Pacific Northwest so close enough.
So I have a problem. I can’t sleep. I don’t know why. I feel tired, I go to bed at my normal time, but then I can’t fall asleep. For like HOURS, I can’t sleep. I just toss and turn. And then when I do finally fall asleep, it’s a very restless sleep with me constantly waking up.
I have only gotten maybe 5 hours of sleep both of the past two nights. I am so exhausted right now. I haven’t been sleeping in. I only have one cup of coffee in the morning. No caffeine the rest of the day. I’m not sure what my problem is or how to fix it. Something has to change!
My plan tonight is to turn off all electronics an hour before I want to be asleep. And during that last hour, I will read in bed. I am also going to drink a couple of cups of Sweet Dreams herbal tea this evening.
Any suggestions/ideas/tips for me to get some sleep?
