I accepted a challenge hosted by Peanut Butter Runner to make a green smoothie everyday for a week. #7daygreensmoothiechallenge
Green? Yes! Yes!
Today, day 1, smoothie ingredients:
- 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 cup dark chocolate almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 handful baby spinach
- 3/4 cup ice
All combined to make a very yummy, filling green smoothie!
I know this one looks very baby
poo food like, but trust me, it was delicious.
Not sure what I will make for tomorrow’s smoothie. Maybe I will do a little grocery shopping for motivation. I need ideas!
